How do I place an order?
Browse a category or search for a product, add items to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You'll confirm your delivery address and payment method before placing the order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
IremboPay, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank transfer and cash on delivery (within delivery zones).
How long does delivery take?
In Kigali most orders arrive within 1–3 days. Orders to other provinces are typically delivered within 2–5 days depending on the partner courier.
Do I need an account to shop?
No — you can browse and fill your cart without an account. Account features are being rolled out in upcoming releases.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. See the Returns & Refunds page for details.
