7-day return window
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Perishable food, opened health/beauty products and custom-made items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
How to request a return
Contact us with your order number and the reason for return. We'll arrange a pickup from your delivery address and issue a refund once the item is verified by the seller.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (or as MoMo / bank credit if preferred).
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full — including delivery costs.
