Guranatwe is an online marketplace connecting buyers with third-party sellers. Products are sold by the listed seller, and Guranatwe facilitates ordering, payment and delivery logistics.

All prices are shown in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A confirmed order is a contract between you and the seller under these terms.

Delivery times are estimates. Guranatwe and its courier partners make every effort to meet them, but delays caused by weather, strikes or force majeure are not grounds for automatic cancellation.

Returns and refunds follow the policy on our Returns & Returns page, incorporated into these terms by reference.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, resell scraped data, or place orders that are fraudulent or in bad faith.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guranatwe Ltd's liability for claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the value of the affected order.
